Main job are to continuously improve financial and relevant area processes enhancement, comply with SoX requirement and other internal control procedures in place. Improve finance team work efficiency by pursuing waste-reducing in daily work, implement automatic work to shorten processing time, and support projects launched by headquarter & Perkins Wuxi facilities.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Incumbent will provide expertise on complex business, financial or managerial issues in Perkins Wuxi facilities. Additionally, this position will/must:



1. Have the ability to analyze and understand impact and have a broader perspective on specific finance &accounting issues. Make connection with business.

2. act as a teacher on accounting issues to staff accountants as well as non-accountants to:

-resolve issues independently

-Ensure process consistency and execution

-take full responsibility for continuous improvement.



3. developing methodology and providing education to accounting and non-accounting staffs and cross- functional teams. And communicate to broader audience on financial issues such as financial systems.



BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:



· Requires a 4-year degree, preferably in accounting. Professional certificates or MBA is a plus;

· Must demonstrate initiative, leadership, good judgment and superior communication skills.

· Strong analytical, problem solving and human relations skills also are necessary.

· 6-8 years of varied accounting experience and a demonstrated ability to learn complex accounting methodologies is recommended.

· Team work and good human relations skills

· Proficient in English communication.
