职位描述：

- EHS routine audit for compliance with company safety rule;

- To make future development plan (Headcount, position, skills) and yearly individual PMC, to follow up & update it timely (Develop a vision, set up targets, accomplish targets by communication, coaching and motivate termly);

- To set appropriate department performance indicators within main responsibilities, and lead staff to achieve it and make customer satisfied;

- To support contract handling engineers to manage contract execution including necessary involvement in problem solving;

- To make an overall follow up and coordination of all contract executions, assure duties and responsibilities of the process based on contract terms;

- To be responsible for optimizing contract handling process and update it timely by observation, investigation and analysis;

- To coordinate with Finance on credit letter control and cashing according to customer needs and project requirements;

- To be responsible for cash collection performance, margin slippage analysis and make relevant action plan;

- To coordinate with planner and production Mgr to monitor material and equipment’s situation so as to assure delivery time to satisfy customer’s meet;

- To use of ALSTOM tools to deal with customer's complaints at contract handling sector;

- Other tasks by General Manager.

职位要求：

- Bachelor degree , major in electrical, mechanical, or business related
- Good office computer skills, such as excel, words, PPT;
- Good English communication desired;
- At least 5 years in relevant field of project activities and management position;
- PM & Cash Collection Experience of HV switch product in Grid market desired;
- Understand products and performance in T&D area;
- Relevant working experience in foreign invested company;
- Good management and leadership skill;
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills;
- Professional behaviour.
