生产现场作业检查和审核。
对关键工序的生产进行首样确认和放行。
帮助操作工解决生产过程中遇到的技术问题。
检查监督生产现场的5S和劳动纪律。
对员工进行操作培训，使其掌握相关岗位的作业技能。
必要时，协助生产部开机生产

任职者需具备良好的口头表达能力以及生产现场管理能力，有生产管理经验者优先
