Description:
1 Test engineering support for Quantenna’s high performance 802.11n MIMO (BB & RF) products through all phases of product development and manufacturing.
Requirements:
1 Develop and manage ATE-HW design and test program development for mixed signal SOC and WiFi RFIC integrated circuits.
2 Pattern conversion into ATE format from VCD, eVCD, WGL, etc.
3 Debug and bring up of test program for HVM production at lowest possible cost
4 Work with Product Engineering and Reliability group for setup of HTOL environment
5 Correlation of ATE measurement to system level specification
6 Release and sustain test program during production
7 Communicate product status to management.

Experience:
1 BS or MS in electrical engineering with 5+ years of Test engineering experience with relevant products.
2 Develop code for efficient transfer of patterns to ATE and processing of data.
3 Intimate knowledge of Verigy 93K PSXXX and Portscale RF tester.
4 Pattern conversion.
5 Code development for pattern conversion.
6 Demonstrated ability to take complex chip designs into production.
7 Solid understanding of mixed signal and RF fundamentals and testing.
8 Ability to work independently or group in a start up environment.
