Quality
l Reinforce design robustness of the product to meet the project quality requirements:
- Improve application of CIP / PM Handbook in his/her project.
- Improve usage and level of theoretical simulation.
l Realize and maintain the R&D project file.
Cost
l Manage the R&D project expenses in compliance with the project budget.
l Respect the R&D budget of the project:
- Hours of Mechanical Design Office, Electronic Design Office, Prototypes, Simulation (except in case of customer change request).
- Costs of the Valeo R&D change requests.
- Prototypes costs.
l Decrease cost of Valeo R&D change request.
l Avoid product change generating product cost increase (sourcing and assembly).
Timing
l Optimize the detailed timing plan of the R&D activities by respecting the project milestones, and specifically in being on-time for the End-Of-Phase Reviews.
Motivation
l Participate to 5 Axes deployment.
l Implicate the R&D contributors in the project.
Security
Ensure that no prohibited substance (or material) is used (ECE, Chinese and customer standard) and ensure that all used regulated substance and material comply with relevant specification and standard (ECE, Chinese and customer standard).
