Responsibility:
1. In charge of planning and construction of New building.
2. Choose external suppliers for spare parts and machinery.
3. Examine and trial running new equipment, file all relevant technical data.
4 Find out malfunction problems, revise maintenance plan and execute the plan to ensure equipment running safely.
5 Find out and analyze malfunction problems, summarize the problems and put forward improvement suggestions.
6 Raise proposal and methods to the new machines and the reformation of old equipment, keep good relationship to the outer contractor.
7 Work out checklists with procedure how to start and implement new machines, process etc. and work out a suitable working place and work flow.
8 Implement new process, machines, equipment accordingly and workout the CPK figure for 2nd operation tooling and others.
9 Train the relevant staff about new and existing machines to improve their skills.
10.ork out WI for new and existing equipment, machines, downstream, etc.
11 Make reporting and analyze acc. to GM request.
12. Arrange a good facility maintenance(weekly check, workout suggestions etc)
13. Other Tasks by GM.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in management or engineering.
2. Mechanical knowledge, Electrical knowledge, PLC programs.
3. At least 5 years working experience. Experience in plastic industry is an advantage.
4. Good command of both spoken and written English.
5. Be good at usual software, such as Auto CAD and Office.
Be good at communication, Planning and organizing, Analysis and trouble shooting and Judgment.
