工作职责：

1. Make and check time-based maintenance plan, examine and trial running new equipment, file all relevant technical data.

2. According to maintenance plan, maintain all equipment, electrical appliance and facility.

3. Find out malfunction problems, revise maintenance plan and execute the plan to ensure equipment running safely.

4. Find out and analyze malfunction problems, repair the equipment, summarize the problems and put forward improvement suggestions, provide training for related people.

5. Raise proposal and methods to the new machines and the reformation of old equipment, keep good relationship to the outer contractor.

6. Train subordinates to improve their skills.

7. Handle the necessary affair with local government.

8. Other tasks by supervisor, GM.

任职要求：

1. University graduate or above.

2. At least 8 years working experience, of which 3 years managerial position.Experience in textile or non-woven industry is an advantage.

3. Good communication of both spoken and written English.

4. Be good at usual software, such as Auto CAD or Office. MS-Project is an advantage.

5. Fully independent work style. Be good at Strategic Thinking, Analysis and Problem Solving, Judgment, Communication, planning and organizing and Talents Coaching and Development.
