Education:Bechelor above;

8 years chemical or pharmaceutial production management experience;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Open-minded,problem solving skills, result-oriented;

Capacity and ability for excellent communication;

Strong knowledge and the ability to lead on chemical or pharmacy products manufature;

Fluent in Ehglish.

Mission 1:Economically and effectively organize and implement production complied with GMP requirements and ensure quality of products to be qualified.

Mission 2:Be responsible for the production process optimization, Improve productivity and yield, Ensure standard emission and treatment of waste water and waste residue.

Mission 3:To assist HSE team to formulate or revise and implement HSE procedures, training plan and annual target. To lead department security risks identification,deviation control and accident investigation of safety & evironment; To assume key leadership responsibilities on the above implementation and results.

Mission 4:Manage, guide and develop subordinates.
