List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance
1. Handle VAT Export businesses for tax free claim and related refund, monitor and control performance of outsourcing company, transaction in high volume
2. Responsible for external tax reporting
3. Follow up tax & SAFE related policies and keep management updated and provide advices to management in connection with tax and SAFE
4. Act as the key contact person with tax bureau and SAFE
5. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly tax declaration and daily tax related issues
6. Other deemed tax matter
7. Other task assigned by leader


Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
1. 4 years above experience on accounting, including at least 2 years experience on Tax function
2. Preferred experience in business in high volume VAT export business
3. Working under pressure by business and volume
4. Good communication and leadership
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially for Excel
6. Be familiar with ERP system, BPCS is a plus.
7. College, majored in Finance/Accounting
8. Skilled both in reading & written English, written English is required
9. Have team-work spirit, willing to learn
10. Self-motivated
