Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall quality control of all delivered oil injected screw elements, turbo cores, service components and any future products of the Wuxitec product scope, including Supplier quality assurance, Incoming inspection, process inspection, outgoing inspection and customer complaint handing. Implement and maintain the Supplier Audit, Product Audit and Process Audit and qualification system.

Responsible for continuously improvement of quality on Wuxitec manufacturing process and product. Follow up and push the corrective and preventive actions done properly. Organize the termly meetings to review and follow the updated status.

Responsible for developing new qualified suppliers together with Sourcing for new projects. Audit and evaluate all the suppliers to push and guide their continuous improvement on quality.

Responsible for the management of all the facility in Quality department, including CMM, measuring tools and other normal tools.

Responsible for building a strong Quality team by coaching and guide.

Responsible for developing and update the procedure related to quality control. Enhance the standardization management and system control.

Full support to other Wuxitec departments for quality related matters.

Main Requirements:

Experience requirements
More than 5 years of multinational manufacturing experience inQC, SQA or equivalent experience.
Familiar with ISO9000. With internal audit experience.
Have the knowledge of QC tools, including but not limited to FMEA, MSA, SPC…
Good team player with good problem solving skill.
Good planning and execution skill.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Educational requirements
Mechanical Engineering degree, masters preferred.

Personality requirements
Taking ownership, responsibility and taking initiative for root cause analysis.
Principled ,not afraid of conflict.
Strong drive for continuous improvement.
Good skill in communication, coordination and cooperation.
You have a positive attitude.
