Responsibilities:

1. To work with the inner departments including the whole APQP team members on developing new products for using in various industries. Arrange inner team to prepare APQP/PPAP documents.

2. In charge of samples manufacturing& delivery arrangement for PSM global sales team. Closely tracking new project status. Generate samples status and new project status weekly and monthly reports.

3. Maintain BOM in the database. Attend BOM review meeting with other departments and to know the actual output, tooling cost and relevant quotation parameters and push the whole manufacturing process improved and cost saving.

4. Be responsible for quotation and maintaining the RFQ tracking list. Communicate with sales team to track the RFQ status and make weekly and monthly summary report. To monitor the quotation hit rate.

5. We would see this engineer being involved in the project from inception to the production stages. I.e. from RFQ stage to sample stage till mass production can run profitably.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a qualified mechanical engineer with min. 3 years working experience .

2. A clear understanding of the metallurgy of steel /brass/stainless steel/aluminum, bar turning and cold-forming manufacturing process.

3. Knowledge for Auto industry and fastener industry would be an advantage.

4. Can work under pressure and willing to take challenges. Being self-starting or self-directed.

5. Be familiar with using English, CET-4 or above.

6. Be familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000,TS16949&HSPM.
