BS/BA degree in Mechanical Engineering;
？？A Master Degree in Engineering and/or Operations
would be beneficial;
？？Previous experience within the absorber manufacturing;
？？Thorough knowledge of problem solving methods – i.e.
Six Sigma, Global 8D, SPC, root cause analysis and the associated tools used to analyze problems, evaluate and complete improvement projects;
？？Capability to direct and lead cross functional process improvements teams;
？？Comfortable with fast-paced, multicultural, demanding
environment;
？？Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
？？Ability to multi-task with numerous customer groups
and adapt to rapid change or an ongoing basis.

Ability to read/write/speak fluently in English is a must.

Duty：
CAPEX management
Time & Methods
Routings
Technical improvements in manufacturing and process engineering;
Implementation of any actions for ESH and Quality targets;
Management of bills of materials in SAP
Leading and/or contributing to the definition, implementation, and improvement of the appropriate Engineering and Quality Management Systems throughout the Operations, providing technical leadership and timely support in the development and launch of new products, processes and services;
Analyzing organizational process metrics and performing managerial reviews to evaluate results and recommend action plans to close gaps at operational level;
Lead Continuous Improvement projects and teams in the development and evaluation of process capability (Statistic Process Control), process control plans, analysis of out-of-control conditions.
