Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Improve engineering team’s capabilities of design, services and applications of products

· Review and approve the drawing

· Ensure smooth processing of all engineering orders incl. systems projects handed over to the group to achieve delivery, quality and profitability goals.

· Manage, train and motivate engineering team to achieve the required tasks

· Ensure the developed technical concepts are used in the design and development of products

· Lead the engineers to support & cooperate sales team positively

· Oversee engineering team

· Oversee implementation of new designs

· Formulate long-range departmental plans

· Cooperate with overseas technical group to get necessary supports

· Communicate and schedule information to all interested parties

· Develop and maintain departmental budgets and reports

· Design products and ensure all design and documentation policies are followed

· Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

· Bachelor or above degree in mechanical, engineering or related

· At least 5—8 years working experience in relevant and solid mechanical background

· At least 3 years as an Engineering manager

· English speaking oral and writing is a must

· Familiar with products and applications (feeder and convey system) is a plus

· Familiar with electrical control system is a plus

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

· Knowledge of metal and non-ferrous materials and their properties

· Familiarity with manufacturing process

· Good ability on planning and implementing

· General knowledge of ISO 9001 standards; detail knowledge of engineering specific elements

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP and designing software
