Job Description:

1.Experience in leading a team to setup and commission an assembly line

2.Support antomated machine in production line

3.Knowledge in equipment and able to troubleshoot and recovery

4.Tenhnical skills in pneumatic and electrical to support equipment

Post Qualification:

1.Degree in Engineering and able to work rotating shift if required

2.Ensure that machines are meeting specifications and are of the highest level of quality upon receiving

at customer site and prior to setup

3.Ensure that machines setup ,intrgration,testing and commissioning are carry out as per schedule with

minimum disruption.To monitor the work progress on daily and weekly basis till line hand over

4.Lead and supervise the daily work of team members

5.Monitor the assembly and test processes to ensure that they comly with established process/test

instructions

6.Work independently and with minimum supervision.Able to exercise initiative and creativity in

troubleshooting and overcoming problems and difficulties

7.Coordinate with cross-functional department to ensure technical support and recovery plan has been in

place

8.Ensure that staff strictly adhere to side setup protocols

9.Provide training to subordinates and monitor their progress/performance

10.Manage work effectively and maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping practices(5S)at all times

11.Maintain discipline of staff and high level of employee morale

12.Participates in discussion with customer for products/lines status and follow up
