Main Responsibilities:
1.Ensure the whole system documents being published,used, reviewed and revised efficitely.
2.Accordingly organize the internal audit, actively support the external audit.
3.Ensure all audit findings will be efficitely followed till close.
4.Responsible for the relevant product certification.
5.Ensure the relevant system knowledge and requirements to be implemented in relevant departments.
6.Continuously improve the working process.

Daily Duties:
1.Maintain and control the relevant standard procedure documents and instructions of ISO14000, OHSAS18000 and ISO9001, including from publishing to obsolete.
2.Organize internal audits, customer audits and certification company audits.
3.Follow up all relevant audit findings to be improved and be closed.
4.Organize training for relevant departments in terms of system requirements.
5.Use document control tools, permission management and optimizing.
6.Responsible for monthly report integrating and optimizing.
7.Lead product certification, coordinate with relevant departments for documents preparation and product samples and arrange the conformance tests.
8.Effectively and timely maintain the certification list.
9.Other jobs from leaders.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor and above
2.At least 3 years system management experience.
3.Familiar with ISO14000, OHSAS18000 and ISO9001
4.Experience in internal and external audits.
5.Familiar with the relevant laws and regulations including products, safety, fire protection，health.
6.Majored in Machinery
