职位描述
1.System optimization, reduce waste, reduce cost, improve productivity
2.Production line balance and Bottleneck process analysis, keep the capacity optimization
3.Plant layout planning
4.Follow up lean action and make sure the action is well implemented with operation team together.
5.Train and motivate employees together with Project Leader and operation team leaders.
Daily Duties:
(1) Process flow study and give out improvement proposal in shopfloor
(2) Set-up standard work behavior and verify standard labor hour
(3) Update WI together with Production Technology Engineer
(4) Collect and analyze capacity/productivity data and make improvement proposal with
IE knowledge
(5) Improve layout of shopfloor in the long term
(6) Select standard equipment in shopfloor by analyzing request from different functions
(7) Follow up 5S implementation status in shopfloor
(8) Make and follow up preventative maintenance status together with Facility Technician
(9) Make sure VSM action plan well implemented
(10) Completer other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree
2.2+ years manufacturing,industrial engineering or related experience.
3.Good oral and written English
4.Good PC skills

1.Good communication and negotiation skills
2.Good team-work spirit
3.Good self-learning & improving ability
4.Good understanding ability and have patience in work
5.Being open-minded but strict to the process & policy
