Position: Project Management Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1、 Consistently engage with existing and new customers for presales opportunities

2、 Lead the planning and execution of project

3、 Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

4、 Define project tasks and resource requirements

5、 Develop full scale project plans

6、 Manage project budget

7、 Manage project resource allocation

8、 Plan and schedule project timelines

9、 Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

10、 Provide direction and support to project team

11、 Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

12、 Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

13、 Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

14、 Project evaluations and assessment of results

15、 Establish and nurture productive working relationships with appropriate customer business units and external parties, to develop business success

16、 Coach junior staff and provide input/assistance based on related experience and expertise

17、 Support team objectives and activities as well as personal job-related skill development and career-growth

18、 Any other duties that the management may assign from time to time.

Requirements：

Education：

◆ Bachelors / Master Degree in related domain preferable.

Experience：

◆ Minimum 7 years of experience including 3 years in Project Management experience

◆ Knowledge/ work experience in assembly / automation manufacturing is preferred
