Major Responsibilities And Authority:
1. Design LDS Fixture using Pro-e Wildfire base on different Laser machine.
2. Design LDS Program base on different Laser machine.
3. Analyze the Laser issue and solve it.
4. Interact with customers for their design input and recommend design upgrades and enhancement.
5. Interact with and direct the activities of materials and components suppliers.
6. Responsible and timely completion of projects is essential.
7. Familiar with APQP, FMEA, PPAP tools Familiar with TS16949 standard
8. Team work is integrant.

Experience Required:
Have related design experience is preferred.

Knowledge's Skills And Abilities:
1. Be proficient in Pro-E, must have several years experience with Pro-E on the job.
2. Must have experience in leading project teams of technical and non-technical members.
3. Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution skills.
4. Understanding of SPC and FMEA.
5. Highly organized and structured work behavior.
6. Fluent English, oral and written.
7. Be familiar with ISO 9000 quality system

Education:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Design or Engineering field.
