Responsibility:


Accountable for managing and coordinating all technical and process engineering activities, including Time & Methods and Maintenance activities as well as CAPEX management, closely working with his/her peers from Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain Teams in order to meet all the company goals.

He/she will be responsible for providing Plant overall process design and suggest measures for improvement of manufacturing, thereby increasing productivity and improving manufacturing costs.

? Technical improvements in manufacturing and process engineering
? Implementation of any actions for ESH and Quality targets
? Management of bills of materials in SAP
? Leading and/or contributing to the definition, implementation, and improvement of the appropriate Engineering and Quality Management Systems throughout the Operations, providing technical leadership and timely support in the development and launch of new products, processes and services;
? Analyzing organizational process metrics and performing managerial reviews to evaluate results and recommend action plans to close gaps at operational level;
? Lead Continuous Improvement projects and teams in the development and evaluation of process capability (Statistic Process Control), process control plans, analysis of out-of-control conditions.


Requirements:


We are looking for a talented and proactive process engineering professional. Ideally with minimum of 10 year experience in maintenance and industrial process management within a structured multinational, multi-business and multi-sites company

Main requirements for this role are:

?？？BS/BA degree in Mechanical Engineering
?？A Master Degree in Engineering and/or Operations
would be beneficial;
?？Previous experience within the abosorber manufacturing;
?？Thorough knowledge of problem solving methods – i.e.
Six Sigma, Global 8D, SPC, root cause analysis and the associated tools used to analyze problems, evaluate and complete improvement projects;
?？Capability to direct and lead cross functional process improvements teams;
?？Comfortable with fast-paced, multicultural, demanding
environment;
?？Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
?？Ability to multi-task with numerous customer groups
and adapt to rapid change or an ongoing basis.

Ability to read/write/speak fluently in English is a must.
