In order to support our China business growth we are looking for talents to work in new WOFE plant which is located in惠山经济开发区风电科技产业园

Direct report to: Quality Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Assess process standardisation that supports best in class lean manufacturing systems versus quality system requirements
2. Identify and reduce operational risks by process control initiatives (eg poke-yoke)
3. Identify cost reduction opportunities for each function in accordance with the Cost Reduction Improvement Plan
4. Participate in cross functional continuous improvement projects
5. Actively participates and conducts Quality System Audits as required.
6. Provide reports to Management on Quality system performance
7. Takes the lead in managing Quality Personnel on a day to day basis to deliver Quality Objectives
8. Participate in the review of and establishment of the PFMEA, DFMEA and design for assembly process
9. Validate process against PPAP requirements
10. Ensure process documentation is completed and training provided to operators
11. Review of process and conduct root cause analysis in conjunction with production teams and initiate corrective actions which result in elimination/reduction scrap, hazards, Right First Time (RFT), downtime
12. Ensure SOP’s, operational descriptions are in place for all current and new equipment and processes
13. Active input into the engineering process change to ensure viability and oversees impact of engineering changes to current process
14. Conduct training sessions for new employees on Quality System requirements, Quality Core tools, including SPC.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing) or related discipline

Experience:
1. At least 3 years experience in a similar role
2. Experience in high volume manufacturing
3. Solid understanding of lean principles
4. Proven experience in building relationships with cross functional teams

Skills & Knowledge:
1. Experience in computerized knowledge management systems (preferable PDM)
2. Previous experience in Word/Excel/Project – intermediate
3. Preferable – Understanding of TS16949 and ISO 14001, Certified Quality System Auditor
4. Working knowledge of APQP standard and processes
5. Awareness of TPM
6. Good command of English, both speaking and writing.
