Responsibilities 职责

1. Demand Forecasting 物料需求预测
Based on customer/ sales demand forecast, gather and analyze data to generate accurate demand forecasting of material in ERP.
基于客户和销售需求预测，采集和分析预测数据，并在ERP系统里生成物料的需求量。
2 . Production Planning 生产计划
Follow and update customer demand to establish master production plan; Schedule material delivery plan according to master production plan to ensure material availability of a quality finished product at warehouse.
及时更新导入客户需求信息以建立主生产计划表；根据主生产计划及缺料表来安排交货期以确保合格物料准时到达仓库。
3. Material Replenishment 物料补充
Analyse and maintenance material replenishment plan, and release purchase order timely to ensure suitable safety stock.
分析和维护物料补充计划，并及时发放采购订单，以确保维持合适的安全库存。
4. Material Inventory Management 物料库存管理
Maintain Demand / Supply accuracy in ERP system to support supply chain for finished goods and raw material as needed, timely and correctly.
维护ERP系统里需求和供应的精确性，支持供应链对成品和原材料的及时行和准确性的需求。
5. Supplier Payment供应商付款
Complete reconciliation with supplier for PO, stock, and issue invoice monthly
每月跟供应商做好对账和发票校验的工作。

Requirements 职位要求：

1 .College degree or equivalent with above three years materials procurement experience

2. Knowledge of ERP, Purchasing practices and policies

3. Experience in computerized inventories, production scheduling and purchasing

4. Familiar with JIT operation

5. Knowledge of computer systems and manufacturing software

6. Effective communication skills

7. Speak English
