This position is based in 惠山经济开发区风电科技产业园风能路33号.

Reports to: Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
1. First Engineering contact point between Shanghai Engineering Team and Wuxi Production team
2. Management of Engineering related build issues.
3. Practical problem solving of engineering issues in the Wuxi plant on all seat types and programs as workload demands.
4. Feedback of practical problem solving solutions to Shanghai Engineering Team enabling fast containments (Deviations) & permanent corrective actions (ERNs)
5. Onsite support at customer production factory to review and report back engineering issues.
6. Promote safe working practice in Wuxi plant.
7. Other works assigned by the manager

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical engineering or relevant
2. At least 4 years of seating product engineering experience, familiar with seating products and parts
3. Hands-on experience on seats assembly
4. Demonstrated experience developing complex engineering solutions
5. Have a good command of both English and Chinese
6. Able to lead a small team
7. Work independently and decisively
