Qualifications
Technical degree required either in Engineering, Mechanical, Hydraulics or related.
Must have some experience in Hydraulics Systems/Components design and/or development.
Must have the ability to communicate in Chinese and English both in spoken and written forms.
Desirable Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years Hydraulics design and/or development experience preferably in off highway equipment.
Should be a self starter able to work with little or remote supervision.
Works well in teams.
Ability to communicate effectively either in person or remotely.

Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for completing design related activities required to support the Hydraulics Systems in China.
Responsibilities will include developing and completing product designs that meet the customer's functional specifications, estimating and summing product costs and ensuring that quality goals are met as part of development program.
