职位描述

1.To design and continuously improve workshop layout
设计并不断优化生产车间的布局

2.To design and continuously improve production process
设计并不断改善生产工艺

3.To design/select/optimize fixtures and equipments
设计、挑选、优化夹具和设备

4.To analyze and solve the issues during daily production
分析并解决日常生产中遇到的问题

5.To support Quality for customer complaint or other quality issues
协助质量部处理客户投诉或其他质量问题

6.To implement all lean tools like Kanban, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, SMED, etc for continuous improvement
运用所有精益工具如看板、开山、防错、快速换模等实现持续改进

7.To work with Production Leader – Plastec to organize training to new staff
与生产领班一起组织新员工培训

8.Other tasks assigned by manager.

任职要求

1.Minimum college degree, major in Mechanism or Engineering
大专以上学历，机械或工程相关专业

2.Minimum 2 years injection molding process management or similar working experience
2年以上注塑工艺管理或类似工作经验

3.Good oral and written English that can communicate with foreign colleague directly
良好的英语，能直接与外籍同事交流

4.Good computer skills in CAD(Pro/E), Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
良好的计算机操作能力，熟悉CAD/PROE、Word、 Excel、PowerPoint 等软件

5.Good communication skill and self motivated
良好的沟通能力及自我激励
