? Ensure compliance with DuPont SHE standard, maintain and improve site PSM management system together with site SHE function;

? Participate in safety, environmental and quality initiatives (for example PHA, TA, COD)

? Establish, maintain and improve site Standard Operating Conditions (SOCs) and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), periodically lead/ involve in the review of control plan and FMEA for the polymerization area;

? Design experiment for process qualification and ascertaining process parameters at higher throughput.

? Provide continuous process and product quality improvement through process upgrade;

? Lead and implement projects to improve process efficiencies;

? Assist with new product development program when needed; Investigate and evaluate employee process improvement related suggestions, new processes and equipment. Lead/involve new process technology application;

? Provide process training for operation key operators and involve the new key operator qualification process;

? Apply strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills, lead or participate process/quality incidents root cause investigation and develop and implement corrective actions;

? Provide effective solutions to fix process issues;

? Demonstrate statistical-based approach for troubleshooting; collect, analyze and review process operating parameters and determine process capability to ensure that process is in statistical control;

? Networking with sister plants on latest product and technical development;

任职资格：

1.Education Background

? BS or MS degree, with major for Polymer or Chemical Engineering related disciplines.

2.Skills and knowledge

? BS or MS degree, with major in polymer or Chemical Engineering;

? 3~5 years’ working experience in chemical manufacturing plant is required;

? Hands-on experience for polymerization process is a plus;

? Excellent communication skills so as to motivate others to accomplish the tasks for this position;

? Good statistical analysis skills;

? Familiar with problem solving tools, such as SPC/QC 7 tools is preferred;

? Good team work spirit, can influence others and also can being influenced by others, able to lead a team to complete the job without direct authority;

? Good quality management knowledge is preferred;

? Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must;

? Proficient in Microsoft Office software is a must;

3.Working Experience

? At least 3 years related experience as production/process engineer in chemical plant; working experience related polymerization process is preferred;
