Responsibilities,

- support of Plant Purchasing Manager to setup the landscape of guidelines and policies for the equipment procurement

- local sourcing of OEM Standard Parts

- work together with global Commodity Business Mangers (CBM) and ensure the adherence to the agreed strategies

- Supplier Management Supplier Selection, Supplier Evaluation, Supplier Development & Supplier Phase Out

- Scouting of equipment suppliers in China and Asian market

- work in cross functional teams to establish suppliers per company requirement

- Track and report monthly Cost Cut Reporting

- Request for quotations (RFQ), analysis of price to best TCO

- Maintainance of Purchasign info record in SAP for responsible commodity.

- Release PO and follow up on PO acknowledgement

- Understand suppliers, their capabilities, market trend, and technologies for assigned commodities.

- Negotiate terms and conditions that protect the best interest of company and its customers

- Monitor, track, and provide feedback on suppliers’ performance on overall cost, delivery, and quality

- Monitor and ensure adherence to established terms and agreements

Engineering Degree with commercial background (preferred)
