职位描述：
1. Work with ME & Engineering to develop PFMEA and regular review to decrease RPN continually.
2. Create process CP to make sure critical product & process characteristics identified and under control. 3. Perform first article inspection to reduce the risk of mass quality accident.
4. Monitor the process FPY and drive continual improvement.
5. SPC control of critical characteristics and improve the process capability Cpk to be robust.
6. Manage the outgoing inspection to prevent poor quality product flowing to customer side.
7. Strongly awareness of identifying nonconforming and issue CAR to drive continual & effective improvement.
8. Collect process nonconforming data and analyze to identify any improvement opportunity.
9. Monitor process to be operated in standardized instruction by performing regular audit.
10. Support to handle customer claim.
11. Collect COPQ data and continual improvement.
12. Other process improvement activity like QCC, Sigma project etc.

任职要求：
1. Mechanical engineering or material engineering background.
2. At least 3 year process quality assurance experience or related quality field in manufacture company.
3. Familiar with ISO 9000 or TS 16949 standards, skilled at process audit .
4. Proficient in quality tools : PPAP ,FMEA ,SPC, MSA, control plan, etc.
5. Strong problem solving skills, such as 8D,5WHY,etc.
6. Any experience of sigma will be preferred
7. Proactive & positive thinking/working style
8. Good English communication skills Positive interpersonal skills to support working with different cultures is preferred .
9. Work in fast paced, collaborative team environment.
