主要职责

1. 负责店铺日常运转，合理管理店铺运作。
2. 确保员工给予顾客的服务能够达到品牌零售培训的标准。
3. 负责与顾客保持联络并且处理顾客投诉与需求。
4. 负责控制好店铺的预算。协助财务部，做好人员编制计划并最终完成预算，预算需要得到
高级主管的批准。
5. 监控好店铺库存，确保库存和补货时机控制在最合理的时间段，做到及时。
6. 设定并管理好收入目标，销售目标，KPI和一些费用上的控制
7. 招聘，培训，稳固销售团队以实现销售目标，从而实现高级管理人员对于和顾客服务目标8. 协调内部与外部的各方面工作，管理落实好新店的开张，店铺的搬迁和一些管理方式上的优化
8. 明确下属的潜能，并提供其相应的销售技巧和产品知识的培训

任职要求

1. 工商管理专业或相关专业
2. 至少5年以上相关零售行业经验，有2年以上督导经验
3. 优秀的沟通交流水平和人际关系处理能力，有能力处理不同类型的人员和层级之间的关系
4. 在管理过程中，能够进行相关的分析，适当的写一些报告
5. 以最终的管理目标为导向，组织并领导团队达成目标，工作中要有责任心，上进心，并且有一定的抗压能力。
