Job Description:
1.Responsible for the performance and output of the unit, including financial responsibility;
2.Set and follow up targets for the unit, broken down from factory level ;
3.Drive the development of the unit;
4.Responsible for
?safety and quality of the processes & products
?quality
?delivery
?cost
5.Secure Standardized work & SOP;
6.Participate in making the Operational Plan;
7.Make costing update for the unit;
8.Lead department meeting and period planning meetingSupport Problem Solving & Improvement activities;
9.Understand and deal with the real problems of the unit by being present;
10.Involved in new product development and give input to EPD (Existing Product Development);
11.Lead the teams to create the culture of the continuous improvement in the manufacturing and the team development;
12.Implement ISO management system in the workshop;

Job Requirement:
1.Degree in mechanical background or equivalent;
2.Good leadship and management skills & experience;
3.3-5 years of experience form production or manufacturing company;
4.Be a shadow of leader, who is eager to drive high performance through people;
5.Be open and communicative, have a strategic perspective, experience from improvement tools, eg 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
