职位描述

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责

Achieve sales plan objectives with assigned and target accounts by selling the full range of Logistics products.

Generate new business with assigned clients and from target accounts

Assure the newly won client business integration into Operations / SOP

Provide information to Sales Director for sales planning and forecasting activities

Provide client and prospect information within CRM

Generate Sales Leads


Education/Experience 教育背景/工作经验

1 Functional / Industry requirements

o Functional experience in air / ocean / customs brokerage

o Sales experience in the services industry

o Local market knowledge (customers / competitors / suppliers)

o Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints

2 Management skills

o Able to successfully execute the sales process

o Able to manage cross-functional interfaces (i.e. with Operations)

o Self-management (Planning, organizing, goal setting and execution)

o Decision making capabilities

3 Personality traits

o Self driven and with strong spoken and written communication skills

o Relationship building and maintenance capabilities

o Results oriented

o Customer focus

o Presentation skills

o Persistence

4 Educational background and work related experience

o Sales experience within our industry (minimum 5 years)

o Language skills: Mandarin and English
