岗位描述：

Take responsibility for new project and localization project,Project risk evaluation and mitigation plan, working with supplier of the mould development, ensure the mass production. Take responsibility for the R&D and qualification of Medical Devices components development, including the user requirements integration,establishment of specifications.
负责公司新项目、海外项目转移的项目计划制定、执行。项目执行全程风险评估以及风险迁移行动，代表公司参与模具开发全过程，保证合格零部件的批量生产。负责在医疗器械零部件验证工作；负责零部件开发，包括用户需求的导入，产品性能参数标准的制定。
1.Assess the process parameter and follow up.评估供应商过程工艺参数的合理性, 以及后期的跟踪
2.Work out feasible project plan, to file and maintenance for the processes as research, design, validation and verification, audit, etc.对公司项目制定合理可行的项目计划，并对研发，设计，验证，审核等技术资料的归档和维护
3.Draft the test protocol, assess supplier test results and issue the deviations and actions. Finish the In-House test, perform function test of the products.起草产品确认所需的测试需求，评估供应商测试结果，并提出偏差整改要求。负责完成In-House的测试项目。参与完成产品的功能测试
4.Follow the project development progress and ensure user requirement to be aligned.Draft the project progress report and communicate with Europe R&D center and relevant departments.定期检查供应商项目开发进程，保证用户需求的正确执行。完成定期评估报告，负责与R&D总部及相关部门沟通
5.Sign off the project according to the qualification reports. Follow the First Batch products.依据过程报告（IQ/OQ/PQ）对供应商项目进行最终评定。对First Batch进行跟进
6.Ensure user requirement to be understood properly by supplier through technical support to SSD.协助SSD部门完成供应商的技术沟通，确保供应商能正确了解用户需求

工作要求：

1.Bachelor degree education or above, with majored in Engineering, the polymer background preferred.专科以上学历, 工科背景，高分子材料、模具设计相关类专业优先
2.3+ years r related the plastic injection molding and the Medical Devices. Experience in international company preferred.3年以上医疗器械和塑胶件相关工作经验， 有外资工作经验者优先
3.At least 3 years’ experience in R&D, quality or production of the plastic injection molding and Medical Devices.至少三年医疗器械和塑胶件产品研发，质量或生产工作经验
4.Be familiar with the R&D process of the plastic injection products and tooling.熟悉塑胶件研发及模具开发过程
5.Experience about new project, localization project.有新项目、转移项目的管理经验
6.Proficient English communication skill (written and verbal) 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
7.Be skilled with AutoCAD and Solid Works. And / or Pro_E, UG.熟练操作AutoCAD及Solid Works和/或Pro_E和/或UG等软件
8.Easy communication, good team player.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
