职位描述：

Maintain production line machine and power system equipment and utility system equipment to ensure normal operation for whole company. Control equipment breakdown time for minimizing any operation loss, keep continuously improvement of equipment reliability, performance and maintenance cost.
负责医疗器械部门生产线设备和电力系统设施维修，保证设备正常运行，保持最小的生产运转损失，控制设备的停机时间；持续改善设备的运行状况和维护成本。
Equipment management 设备管理
Cooperate with other dept., arrange, direct and supervise daily maintenance of machine system to ensure operation well as GMP required and make records of daily maintenance reports. LOTO implementation rate 100% and JSA cover rate 100%. 与公司其他部门配合，安排、指导和监督实施设备日常维修保养工作.确保系统安全生产并符合GMP等相关规范，做好日常维修报告。负责JSA/LOTO的执行率和覆盖率达100%。
2、Assist supervisor to make SOP of equipments and machine and power system, adjust SOP in time if needed.配合设备主管编制设备的SOP文件，并根据需要及时对SOP进行修改。
3、Responsible for the related equipment spare parts management. 负责所属设备的备品备件管理。
4、Install &commission machine and facilities and improve them & design some special parts for its performance. 负责设备的安装调试与设备性能的改进及设计工作。
5、Collect information for all system and machine, confirm the integrity of information and file up in time. 收集设备资料，确认设备资料的完整并及时归档。
Equipment performance 设备绩效的保证与改善
1、Composing corrective and preventive methods according to the gaps and interrelated complaints caused by the machines, analyze the cause of machine and facilities failure, summarize problems & improve them& improve OE.
负责对生产中因设备所造成的偏差及设备相关的投诉问题，制定有效的纠正和预防措施，负责进行设备故障的原因分析，并总结与持续改善生产线效率OE。
2. Participate into production and quality management activities and coordinating meeting, carry out necessary maintenance activities effectively and ensure proper monitoring. 参与生产、质量相关的管理活动和协调会议，根据需求高效落实维修、维护活动并确保有效监控。
Talent and team development 人员发展与团队建设
1、Make work summary every month and plans of the following month. 每月进行工作总结和下月计划。
2、Training the maintenance operators of TS, enhancing their skills and safety consciousness.对部门维修人员进行必要的培训，提高维修人员的工作技能及安全维修的意识。
3、Direct daily maintainer work. 负责维修工日常工作的指导。
4、Keep good relation ship with supplier, gain continuously support from suppler, share information and coach relevant people, develop self-supporting and improve whole team’s skill.与供应商保持密切联系，不断从供应商处获得技术支持，共享信息或培训相关人员，不断提高团队业务水平。
5. Keep closely communication inside and outside department to development team work.保持部门内外的良好沟通，建立良好的团队合作。
Project support 项目支持
1、Keep closely communication with PD, QA, and Production people be familiar with the demands of equipment from process, quality, operation and GMP, ISO as well as group requirement pay attention to relevant equipment market information. 与研发、质量控制、生产工艺及操作人员保持密切沟通，熟悉工艺、质量、操作以及GMP、ISO和集团内部对设备设施方面的需和要求；关注、调研相关设备、机械行业方面的信息，掌握相应的行情。
2、To be involved into projects, make proposal/scenarios on technical specification, value analyses, DQ, type selecting and parameters of new equipment which new products and new process needed.参与相关的项目，对新产品、新工艺或其它需求的新设备的技术标准、价值分析、设计、选型、技术规格提供方案。
3、Carrying out systemic validations for key machines according to validation plan. 根据验证计划对主要生产设备进行系统的验证工作。

任职要求：

1、Automation or electric related major, BC or above, Engineer qualification or equivalent.
自动化或电气相关专业，本科或本科以上学历知识背景。工程师资格或相当于工程师资格。
2、More than 5 years experience of equipment maintenance. Professional skills and familiar with TPM.五年以上设备维修工作经历，有精湛的专业技能，熟悉TPM。
3、Proficient English communication skill (written and verbal) 精通的英语听、说、读、写能力
4、AutoCAD drawing and PLC programming 具有CAD制图以及PLC编程能力
