ACCOUNTABILITIES:

§ Initially call on eligible prospects in MME/SME and convert them into clients.
§ Cross sell all products like trade, cash management, treasury and loans etc ultimately
§ To maximize credit line usage
§ Provide feedback to senior management for enhancing business strategy, product / service design to meet customer needs
§ Demonstrate positive corporate image and social reputation in the business development process

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

§ Solid banking experience and a sound track record of at least 3 – 4 years in sales/marketing position in the local middle market are expected.
§ Excellent selling skills, aggressive and ambitious.
§ Keen to create and follow up on business opportunities.
§ Basic credit analysis skill and knowledge about PBOC/SAFE regulations are preferred
§ Good knowledge about Banking products, manufacturing industry segments and experience in handling MME/SME type of customer.
§ Support senior BD in servicing existing clients as well as acquiring new customer
