Sandvik in Wuxi is seeking for a Inside Sales

The position would directly report to Sales Manager Greater China, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:

·Contact customers through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and face to face contact to communicate all aspects of their orders, quotations, invoicing, RMA/claims.

·Collaborate with marketing, sales, PU’s / BU’s to facilitate the process from customer order to shipped product keeping the customer updated on their individual orders.

·Ensure all required information is available to efficiently flow the order to the companies that will be manufacturing the product.

·Ensure required reporting and all communications are timely, reliable and accurate and bi-directional.

·Enter orders into our commercial/manufacturing system in accordance with established product company guidelines

·Quoting of “made-to-order” and non-standard products according to sales guidelines and marketing plans

·Collaborate with sales, product specialists, marketing managers and sales managers in the forecasting process, sales lead follow–up, and follow-up on quotation success rates.

·Assisting in maintaining and up-dating Customer / Market Intelligence information.

·Use of the SMS-system according to guidelines (where available)

·Maintaining accurate customer records including price lists files and agreements.

·To Do It Right The First Time

Your profile:

·Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.

·Work experience should include a minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support position, and 3 years in customer service, public speaking or training role.

·Superior knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, MS Office tools; knowledge of computer systems, communication tools experience with MOVEX, SMS(CRM), and Business Objects.

·Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral.

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
