1. 30-50周岁，机械或材料类本科毕业，具有五年以上相关或汽车行业工作经验优先；
2.熟悉ISO9000或QS9000/TS16949标准，具有内审员审核资格；
3.熟悉质量体系的管理维护和预防措施的执行情况跟踪；
4.参与新项目的质量管理和先期策划等；
5.善于与供应商和客户交流，有效的管理供应商和客户，及时反馈和跟踪客户抱怨；
6.按照项目时间节点及时完成客户PPAP认可。
7.有较强的团队管理能力。
