职位描述
1 负责进货、过程和最终产品的检验。
Inspect incoming, in-process and out going quality according to the procedures.
2 正确填写检验结果和数据表，并负责记录的归档和保存。
Correctly fill out inspection results and data sheet. Be responsible for file and retention.
3 如果发现不良产品要及时下达异常报告。
Issue Abnormality Report if found non-conforming products.
4 有权判定不良品待检或发现严重不良时有权停止生产。
Authority to on hold non-conforming product for verification or to stop production if serious non-conforming found.
5 及时与生产部沟通任何异常和不良品情况，并向直接质量主管汇报。
Communicate any default, damage and non-conforming products with production process and report to directly Quality supervisor.
6 执行和维护批准的程序和作业文件。
Follow and maintain approved procedures and WI.
7 所使用测量仪器的维护和保养。
Maintenance for used inspection equipments.
8 工作现场保持良好的5S。
Keep good 5S in work area.
9 完成安排的其他方面的工作。
Performs other duties as assigned.
10 中专或高中以上学历。
Technical secondary school degree/Senior high school or above.
11. 熟悉一般测量器具的使用，如游标卡尺、千分尺及螺纹规等。能看懂机械图纸。
Must be familiar with general measurement technique, such as Caliper, Micrometer and Gauges etc.
12.至少三年测量员的经验，其中一年从事机械件和塑胶件的测量。
At least three years experience as quality inspector, one year in mechanical and plastic/rubber parts measurement.
13.能够看懂产品的图纸。
General capability for blueprint reading and understanding.
14. 能够适应三班轮转。
Be capable in rotating shift.
15.如果需要，需要满足公司加班工作。
Must be able to work overtime as required
