主要职责
1. Execute strategies and action plan to achieve departmental goals.
2. Execute processes and procedures as per QEHS requirements.
3. Execute and control as per SOX requirements in purchase to payment cycle.
4. Coordinate sourcing, qualification, approval and evaluation of suppliers between Asia Engineering Centre and China plants.
5. Benchmark market price and analyze teardown costs for product development projects.
6. Coordinate the sample orders and confidential disclosures with suppliers in product development projects; include JCI Purchase Terms and Conditions; and protect JCI legal rights and intellectual property.
7. Facilitate earlier supplier involvement in product development projects.
8. Coordinate SAS supplier assessment surveys for product development projects to ensure suppliers meeting JCI Ethics, sustainability and continuous improvement requirements.
9. Identify opportunities and achieve material cost reduction targets in product development projects.
10. Source suppliers for Asia Engineering Centre.
11. Develop skills; execute to achieve performance measurement goals.
12. Assist Supply Chain Manager in the daily operations of the function.
13. Represent the function in meetings with Asia Engineering Centre, work collectively and resolve conflicts.

16. Compliance with company ethics policy and other regulations and related EHS, quality policy.

任职条件
1.University degree in a related field.
2.Minimum five years of working experience in purchasing, supply chain management, engineering or quality.
3.
a. Good understanding of process and tools of supply chain management.
b. Good understanding of purchasing processes.
c. Good commercial and financial knowledge of contract laws, purchase terms and conditions, purchase price variance and etc.
d. Excellent understanding of engineering change process, cost tear down and product development process.
e. Good understanding of ISO and EHS requirements.
f. Knowledge of HVAC industry, commodity market and suppliers (local, regional and global).
g. Good knowledge of commodity price and price-cost analysis.
h. Good knowledge of the manufacturing process of HVAC products and commodities.
