1、Establish and implement annual quality plan；
2、Plan、operation、maintain、tracking、continue improvement for the quality system；
3、Organization, promote the quality management system, implementation and continuous improvement, including in charge of the second and third party audit or certification related planning, organization, etc ；
4、Responsible for leading the analysis of the root causes of quality problems and customer complaints
5、Responsible for the organization of product development, production of abnormal problem analysis, and improvement activities；
6、Responsible for inspection standards, modify, review regularly, checking standard execution status and effectiveness；
7、Engage, planning various quality management activities, such as participate in the outsourcing partner, certification, and internal audit personnel's quality training。
8、Organize quality management related training。

qualification

1、Bachelor degree or above in related majors; Intermediate above professional titles, have at least one senior auditor qualification certification；
2、10 years experience in EMS industry quantity management, familiar with production procedure and quality standard ;
3、Familiar with TS16949 management system; Understand the TS16949 system in the enterprise operation method; Knowledge of product process flow; Familiar with quality management tools and methods;
4、English fluently written and spoken.
5、Good quality management concept; good leadership skills, judgment and decision-making ability, planning and implementation capacity, communication skills, negotiation ability；
6、Enterprising, treats people fairly, loyalty to the enterprise, honesty and integrity。
