职位描述
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
To satisfy customers’ requirement in various fields such as order management, sales/commercial assistance, quality compliance.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer order, including order entry, order follow-up, back order management, etc.
Ensure the customer requirement both delivery requirement and forecast are recorded in CLC SAP system.
Coordinate with customers on new parts phase-in to CLC.
Provide commercial assistance to customers, such as quotation, RSSM process.
Monitor CLC customer delivery performance and initiate improvement.
Monitor customers forecast accuracy and help customer to find the area to improve.
Coordinate to collect A/R from customers, coordinate to fix A/R exceptions with customers.
Coordinate in expanding CLC business scope such as exporting, simple assembly, etc.
Academic qualifications: Bachelor degree in logistics or business administration
Fluent in English expression and comprehension
Familiar with SAP R/3 SD & MM module
Have integral knowledge on supply chain and have logical mindset
Minimum 3 years experience in material planning, procurement or customer service, etc.
Good team player; have teamwork spirit, abide by company rules and regulations
Be skillful in computer application such as MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, etc.
