Job Description:

1. Receiving and reviewing customer orders and acknowledging to customers;

2. Breakdokwn the customer order into production order accurately and timely;

3. Checking for stock status of raw materials and order requirements to break down the purchasing orders;

4. Responsible for customer inquiry, order changes, claim handling and receiving customer visits;

5. Timely feedback to relevant personnel on newest and special requirements from customers;

6. Tracing the order status and timely reminding relevant personnel to ensue timely delivery;

7. Preparing production completion reports, packing list, invoices, and product quality certificates as delivery papers and notify packing container suppliers;

8. Product filing ;

9. Implement ISO14001 Environment Management System;

10. Other tasks assigned by dept. manager.

1. Bachelor education or equal, mechanical engineering or similar educational back ground;

2. Good English both oral and written;

3. Good PC literature in MS Office and fair knowledge and operation on ERP.
