Job Description:
1) Prepare, establish and maintain the new welding process & systems;
2) Monitor and improving the quality of welding in shop, deal with welding issues;
3) Train the welders to reach the quality welding standards;
4) Prepare PQR, WPS, WPC& instructions for welding processes in shop;
5) Design, improve and maintenance welding fixture;
6) Monitor and improving welding quality of suppliers;
7) Manage and maintenance welding machines;
8) Put safety as the first priority in all work.

Recruiting Requirement:
1) graduated welding engineer or related major (bachelor degree);
2) 3-5 years or above working experience in mechanical industry, especially welding related work experience is preferred;
3) familiar with welding process, especially TIG,SMAW,GMAW;
4) good knowledge and experience about national pressure vessel code, ASME or PED code;
5) good written & reading English.
