Job Responsibility:
Manage HMI/Drive/controller/Servo motor product platform to meet business development strategy;
Manage the engineering team to synergize the collaboration and innovation on development;
Deliver business driven technology and designs by working with project management team;
Sustain the on-going products on value engineering and design improvement with sourcing and quality team;
Optimize the development process to maximize the fast delivery and good quality;
Maintain engineering data base by delivering accurate BOM, Drawing, ECN and technical specifications;
Supervise the development detailed designs and coordination with supported functions including global, design team or outsourced resources;
Build up technology/design validation capability by working with laboratory team;
Support system integration business by providing product/component technology to fit customer's applications.

Qualifications:
BS Degree or above with electronics/electrical/automation engineering or related background;
Minimum 5 years of drive/controller product design working experience, AC/DC drive, servo drive experience will be a plus;
Minimum 3 years of team management experience;
Strong computer skills on Inventor or relevant CADs, Microsoft office and Lotus Notes;
Good communication skill with other functions, experience with customer, sale will be great;
Project management skill will be valuable to the project development;
Good command of English understanding both in writing and speaking.
