工作内容:
1.To achieve department performance including cost, quality, output with on time delivery
2.Ensure all the workers are complying with the quality system set by PE or QA
3.Ensure all the machines are well maintained and always in good working condition
4.Work with PE, Maintenance and QA on process issues related to machine, method and material
5.Conduct training and guidance to the workers to improve labor efficiency
6.Monitor the effectiveness of the processes and provide feedback for improvement
7.Ensure all the employees are complying with 5S and Safety instructions
任职资格:
◆ 教育背景:
College Degree in Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering

◆ 培训经历
NA

◆ 经验:
5+ years manufacturing experience and 2+ years in manager position, PCB industry is a plus

◆ 技能技巧:
1) Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, Six Sigma
2) Working knowledge of Oracle system
3) Good in communication and people skills
4) Familiar with matrix organizational structures
