职位描述

Job Descriptions:

1. Prepare systematic sales plan for the targeted markets and regions on a timely basis

2. Actively seek for new business opportunities and grasp new product ideas, quickly respond to the market needs

3. Regular visits to customers and build good relationship with all the customers

4. Prepare sales report to the management team timely, which should include sales updates, market analysis, key initiatives etc.

5. Work with sales team in Europe and the local management team on sales strategy (cost analysis, pricing strategy, new business penetration etc.), adjust the strategy as needed to achieve the sales objectives proactively

6. Assist in planning and participate the related trade shows as required

7. Liaise with internal sales people to handle customer demand (delivery, stock building, claim etc.) and to improve customer satisfactions

8. Work in harmony with all the colleagues to drive for team success

9. Other duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

§ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering discipline

§ At least 3 years relevant working experience in sales and marketing

§ Experience in Telecom Equipment/Base-Station, Power Cabinets, HVAC, Electronic Equipment are highly desired

§ Basic knowledge of Rubber/Plastic products is preferred

§ Business acumen with smart sense in receiving/understanding new knowledge of material, products, markets etc.;

§ Capability in understanding and interpreting engineering drawings;

§ Capability in quick learning and understanding functionality of mechanical equipment and components;

§ Good logic thinking in problem diagnosing and troubleshooting;

§ Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills and ambitious for success

§ Good command of English both in writing and speaking, can work with expatriates in customer visit, training etc. independently
