JD:
· Support: Provides department with administrative and secretarial support. Coordinates schedules,
makes appointments, and establishes agendas. Arranges and coordinates business travel. Screens
incoming phone calls and mail.
· Special Projects: May conduct various analytical special projects to assist professionals within the
department. May collaborate with various staff and departments in preparing special projects.
· Meetings: Arranges use of conference rooms and use of outside facilities. May coordinate meeting
agendas or reports.
· Word Processing: Performs word processing duties and may work with spreadsheets.
· Admin and part of HR job.
· Other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in secretary or business management.
·Over 2+ years’ related experience is required.
·Proficient in PC skill
·Fluent English communication skill
·Responsibility, Self-Motivation, Self-Improvement, Work under pressure are required
·Ability to interface with staff at all levels.

GardnerDenver Thomas manufactures a wide range of vacuum, pressure and liquid technologies including: WOB-L piston, articulated piston, diaphragm, rotary vane, linear and peristaltic, from linear pump and linear compressor products to diaphragm vacuum and liquid pumps.
Thomas employs over 900 people at three manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, and dozens of Thomas Sales, Service and Distribution locations around the world
