Responsibilities:

- To make the annual sales budget specifying the potential sales taking special consideration in the A accounts which represent 80% of the total budget.

- TO make the commercial plan in China which shall include short term and long term actions according to the strategic sectors defined by the company.

- Determine new products need to be presented in the Company products committee.

- Follow up of sale budget fulfillment and the department expenses.

- To update the monthly sales opportunities sheet as well as to review and update the situation of the projects in the area (new document to be implemented).

- Define together with Global sales management pricing policies for the market

- To make a plan of communication with the target “being known in China”.

- To cooperate with P&PM for training activities to the sales team as well as to the network.

- Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

* Education requirements:

- University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Electric, Automation, or other related field.

* Basic skills requirements:

- 5years+ sales experience specially related with inductive components.

- Solid experience on sales dept management; good ability to develop new distributor and managing distributors.

- Strong skills with key customer relationship building; be good at motivating/training/managing sales force

- Be good at analysis customer’s requirements &complaint and solving it quickly and smoothly;

- Communication skills both verbal and written in English;

- Team work spirit; result-oriented; good self-management and self-motivated; loyal to company;

* Experience requirements:

- Previous job experience in Western company preferred;

- Technical background is also preferred.
