店长主要职责：
Sales Manager MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

作为一名店铺管理人员，你需要负责以下方面的工作：
As a head in one of our stores, you will be responsible for the following aspects:
1、 商品管理：为顾客挑选合适的商品，制作订单、退换货、发票管理、并且处理投诉，同时负责安装服装报警件、衣架、衣服的堆叠、更换，对本店铺的库存进行管理。
Product management: suiting collections to customer's tastes, making orders, returns, ranges, invoice control (incidents) and dealing with complaints. Also responsible for fitting alarms, fitting garments on hangers, folding, stacking, replacing, attending to alterations and orders, and carrying out the inventory for the section.
2、 店铺形象：协调店内服装与设置，管理店铺形象
Image: setting up and co-ordinating garments; controlling the image of the section.
3、 人事管理：筛选店铺工作人员；与销售经理共同评估沟通业绩考核；培训和员工激励；制作排班表；员工假期、上班时间、国定节假日安排。
Personnel management: select staff to work in the section; evaluating and communicating impressions with the sales manager; training and motivating the staff in their section; organize timetables, holidays, sales periods and bank holidays.
4、 向总部销售经理汇报工作
Reporting to HQ sales manager
要求：
PROFILE:
1 年龄在22-35岁
Preferably between 22 and 35 years old
2 能够迅速熟悉产品，了解分辨竞争对手产品及分类
Affinity with the product: able to identify with collections and competitor products
3 能够同视觉陈列师沟通协调店铺配置
Ability to co-ordinate wall visual merchandising
4 同顾客之间：享受和顾客之间的沟通，及时了解他们的需求并且能够提出解决方法
Working with customers: enjoy dealing with customers' needs and being able to offer solutions
个人能力要求：
PERSONAL PROFILE & CAPABILITIES:
拥有领导能力、沟通能力、团队合作精神
Qualities for leadership, communication and teamwork
语言要求：
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
普通话流利、基本英语对话
