店员主要职责：
Sales Asdsistant MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

作为一名店铺营业人员，你需要负责以下方面的工作：
As an assistant in one of our stores, you will be responsible for the following aspects:

1 维护店铺形象，严格执行公司标准要求，使得店铺环境优雅，干净整齐
2 确保协调员和视觉陈列师的设计依照所要求的进行建立
3 对店铺进行补充
4 能够进行店铺人员接待和货物交付
5 店铺的组织和调任
6 能够进行基本的POS系统的操作
7 销售时进行店铺补充
8 协助店铺经理进行库存登记

1、 Maintain the shop image according to the standard that is expected by the company, neat, tidy and clean
2、 Make sure that the coordination / visual merchandising is respected according to the guidelines established
3、 Replenish the store
4、 Be able to handle a reception of delivery
5、 Organize and receive shop transfers
6、 Be able to manage basic POS system operations
7、 Replenish the shop when there is a sale
8、 Be able to register shop inventories with the help of shop manager
Report to shop and sales manager for sales or product requirements



要求：
PROFILE:
1 性别、户籍不限,愿意在零售行业长期发展
Male or female, residence, willing to engage in the retail industry
2 良好的沟通能力，乐意服务和销售意识
Has a good sense of communication, sense of service and sales awareness
3 外形良好、忠诚乐观，富有责任心、善于团队合作
The image is good, honest and cheerful, with a high sense of responsibility
4 不少于一年的零售行业销售经验
With good experience of retail industry sales (minimum one year)
5 能够迅速熟悉产品，了解分辨竞争对手产品及分类
Affinity with the product: able to identify with collections and competitor products
6 同顾客之间：享受和顾客之间的沟通，及时了解他们的需求并且能够提出解决方案
Working with customers: enjoy dealing with customers' needs and being able to offer solutions
7 能够适应零售行业的工作要求、环境和时间
Able to adapt to the requirements of the retail industry, working conditions and working hours

个人能力要求：
PERSONAL PROFILE & CAPABILITIES:
良好的沟通能力，自我激励和强烈的团队合作信念
Qualities for communication, selfmotivated and a strong believer in teamwork
语言要求：
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
普通话流利、会基本英语对话者更佳（非必需）
Fluent Mandarin and English is a plus but not necessary
