职位描述
Job Responsibilities
- Identification of future projects and development of new customers.
- Develop customer plans for assigned accounts according to company marketing strategy and plan.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales budget and order intake objectives.
- Make offers and negotiate contracts with customers within company guidelines.
- Improve customer relationships of assigned accounts together with senior management.
- Participate in projects as a team member representing assigned accounts, ensure commercial followup of projects.
- Market/customer, competitor analysis and participate in development of market/customer Strategy.
- Responsible for selling price index of assigned accounts.
- Provide input on sales forecast and annual operating plan.
- Present and promote company in front of customers as a leading brand of automotive security Systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree majored in Engineering or Marketing. Automotive Engineering is preferred.
- 5+ years working experience and at least 3 years background in Sales/Marketing or Customer Support in automotive industry, preferably in Passenger Car.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Background of technical environment.
- Good presentation skills and able to present the company and its product confidently in front of customer.
- Good skills in market data analysis, financial and business analysis.
- Customer led and proactive in approach.
- Team working and positive mind.
- Good English skills and able to communicate confidently in an English environment.
- Fluent Mandarin and able to speak customers language.
