职位描述
1.Together with TS department to improve the inline cutting and manual inline cutting processing, and the new improvement project.
与技术服务部共同提高在线切割及人工在线切割流程,和新的改进项目。
2.Together with production Engineer to deveop the new project for 2nd operation，including jig ect.
与生产工程师共同开发新二次加工项目,包括夹具等。
3.Solve problems （including technical problems） in the 2nd operation processes to improve work efficiency, or report to production manager when the problem can not be solved.
解决二次加工中的问题（包括技术问题）以提高工作效率，当问题不能解决时及时向生产经理汇报。
4.Make the shift management and keep the production clean according to company 6S requirements.
班组管理，按照公司6S要求保持生产现场的整洁。
5.Regular check and record safe stauts of equipment, working eviroment in production.负责二次加工区定期检查、记录设备、环境安全情况；
6.Other tasks by production manager
生产经理安排的其他工作

任职要求
1.Bachelor graduate major in machinery related or above
本科或以上
2.At least 3 years working experience as production supervisor,plastic industry experience is preferred
至少3年生产管理工作经验，塑料行业经验者优先
3.Be able to communicate in English for both written and oral
能够用英语进行书面和口头交流
4.Be good at usual softwares, such as Office is must
熟练操作Office软件
